Back2Buzz has been founded in 2016 by Mr. Philippe Honhon. At its inception, the organization's objective was to establish a distribution platform for electronic goods, primarily mobile accessories, that were procured from the far east and distributed to retailers in the BeLux region.

By the end of 2016, Back2Buzz started the importation of second-hand smartphones. The goal was to refurbish and control these units by software tools in order to redistribute them, equipped with new box ware, new accessories, and with a 2-year warranty.

In 2017 & 2018 respectively, Ralph Van Lysebeth and Pascal van de Werve joined Back2Buzz.

Today, Back2Buzz has evolved into a "one-stop-shop" specialized in the distribution of refurbished smartphones & eco-friendly accessories.

Back2Buzz is currently active in Belgium & France (incl. Dom-Tom).

It seeks to be the preferred supplier for corporations looking to reduce their ecological footprint through circular economy practices. Having established a successful distribution network in Europe, Back2Buzz plans to expand into emerging markets.

Back2Buzz believes that refurbishing smartphones can significantly reduce electronic waste and reuse valuable minerals needed for manufacturing. By extending the life cycle of smartphones by 2 to 3 years before recycling, Back2Buzz contributes to sustainability.
