🧾 1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop https://refurbished.back2buzz.eu.
There are two categories of buyers:

  • Consumers (B2C): Individuals acting for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • Professionals (B2B): Legal entities or individuals acting within the scope of their business or professional activity.

By confirming your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

🛍 2. Products

Back2buzz offers refurbished electronic devices. Each product includes:

  • A clear description
  • A condition grade (e.g., “Like New”, “Very Good”, “Good”)
  • Included accessories
  • Applicable warranty duration

Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

💶 3. Prices

  • B2C: All prices are in euros (€), VAT included.
  • B2B: Prices are shown excluding VAT.
    Shipping fees are shown during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

🧾 4. Orders

Order process:

  1. Select products
  2. Provide contact/delivery info
  3. Choose shipping and payment method
  4. Confirm order
  5. Receive confirmation email

Back2buzz reserves the right to cancel any order in the case of suspicion of fraud, payment issues, or misuse.

💳 5. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

 

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bancontact
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (on request for B2B)

B2C: Full payment is required at checkout

B2B Payment:

In the event that deferred payment is agreed:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days

  • Late payments will result in:

    • A fixed administrative fee of €50

    • Late interest of 10% per annum

    • Suspension of pending or future orders

Back2buzz reserves the right to perform a credit check before granting any credit terms.

🚚 6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery area: Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and most EU countries.
  • Estimated time: 2 to 5 business days
  • Fees: Indicated at checkout
    Back2buzz is not responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier.

B2B: Risk transfers to buyer at dispatch.

↩️ 7. Right of Withdrawal (B2C Only)

As a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-configured or personalized products
  • Products returned incomplete or damaged
  • Opened products that cannot be resold as new

🔄 8. Returns & Refunds

B2C:

  • Return accepted within 14 days after withdrawal
  • Product must be in original condition with packaging
  • Refund issued within 14 days of receipt

B2B:

  • No right of withdrawal
  • Returns only accepted for DOA (dead on arrival) or product non-conformity notified within 48 hours of receipt.

🛠 9. Warranty

  • B2C: Legal 2-year conformity warranty applies to all devices.
  • B2B: Commercial warranty of 6 months unless agreed otherwise.
    The warranty covers technical malfunctions not caused by misuse, fall, oxidation, or third-party repair.

⚖️ 10. Liability

Back2buzz shall not be held liable for:

  • Site downtime or access interruptions
  • Indirect damages such as data loss or lost profits
  • Differences in color or visuals between product images and reality

B2B: Total liability is limited to the amount of the invoice.

Your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please consult our Privacy Policy for full details.

🧠 12. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, etc.) on the website is protected. No content may be reused without prior written consent from Back2buzz.

⚖️ 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nivelles, Belgium.
